AirTran Airways, a wholly owned subsidiary of Southwest Airlines, launched a sale today for travel to select destinations.
These special fares are available for purchase from June 7, 2011, through June 9, 2011, and are good for travel June 17, 2011, through November 15, 2011, for most of the system; August 20, 2011, through November 15, 2011, to and from Aruba, Montego Bay, Nassau/Paradise Island and San Juan; and from September 6, 2011, through November 15, 2011, to and from Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle and San Francisco. Lowest sale fares are valid for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with additional sale fares available Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Like all AirTran Airways fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a round-trip purchase or an overnight stay. These sale fares require a 10-day advance purchase.
