Investigators have released the name of the man who was fatally shot outside a popular restaurant in Kissimmee Sunday night.
The deceased is Juan Carlos Quiles, 24, of Kissimmee.
Investigators say, an altercation between the suspect(s) and Quiles escalated outside the El Cibuco Restaurant on Fortune Road around 9:30 p.m. That’s when a shot was fired which struck and killed Quiles on the spot.
Marianne Crespo Rodriguez, 30, of Orlando who was also present sustained an injury to her hand. She was treated at a local area hospital and discharged.
Kissimmee police are continuing with the investigation.
