At the eleventh hour before their impending 4 A.M. deportation, Carlos Rivas stood up for his family at an immigration forum and explained his plight – and, despite all evidence pointing toward the contrary, Representative Frederica Wilson (D-Miami) was able to stop it from happening, saving the family.
