OCPS Athletic Directors voted Dr. Phillips Senior Hannah Schaible the Metro Conference Female Athlete, which makes her the top female athlete out of 19 public high schools in Orange county.
In her career, Schaible earned a total of 12 varsity letters: 4 for basketball and flag football, 3 for Volleyball and one for track and field. She’s the four year captain of the 3 time State Champion and two-time national Tournament Champion basketball team and was the team MVP in 2011 and 2013. She’s also the four year captain of Flag Football, which won a state championship in 2011 and was state runner up in 2012. Schaible also earned a weighted GPA of 4.05 in the Center for International Studies magnet, and received a basketball scholarship to attend George Washington University.
