Mayor Jacobs and Orange County Government are partnering with the Hispanic Heritage Committee of Greater Orange County to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month with a kick-off party on Friday, September 16th.
The free event is open to the public and features musical performances, dance and food. In addition, local Hispanic artwork will be featured at the Orange County Regional History Center. The artwork will be on display from September to the end of October 2016.
