An unnamed man who used to be a woman, is Britain’s first “male mother” as he has given birth to a son.
The man, who took female hormones to reverse the effects of his female-to-male sex change treatment, was able to carry the child to term, reported telegraph.co.uk.
Although the man had legally changed his gender from female to male, his womb was not removed during the original sex change procedure.
It is believed that the baby boy was delivered by cesarean section.
