The Central Florida winner turned $20 into $1 million when he purchased his winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 101 State Road 436 in Fern Park. The retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.

He claimed his winning prize at the Lottery’s Orlando District Office.

The $20 scratch-off game, Gold Rush Legacy, launched in April and features four top prizes of $10 million and 20 prizes of $1 million. This game also features more than $894 million in total cash prizes. There are two top prizes remaining according to the Florida Lottery.

The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.97.
