New retailers are coming to St. Cloud Commons in Kissimmee, on outparcels recently sold by Katz & Associates’ Vanesa Rodriguez. Earlier this year, Katz’s Vanesa Rodriguez, who represents the ownership of St. Cloud Commons for inline leasing and outparcel sales, sold the outparcels to developer MHW.
SRS’s Blake Hunter represented MHW to lease the outparcels to First Watch, Pollo Campero, Mattress Firm, and DECA Dental; and CBRE’s James Mitchell represented Zaxby’s.
“These great restaurant options and additional retail is going to bring such a nice synergy to St. Cloud Commons,” said Rodriguez, Director of Katz & Associates. “We anticipate residents spending more time now enjoying the center as a real eating and shopping experience.”
Three inline spaces at the center remain available for leasing plus one outparcel are available for ground lease by Vanesa Rodriguez.
The new retail will further enhance St. Cloud Commons (located at Florida Turnpike and US Highway 192). The robust retail shopping center features national tenants including: Bath & Body Works, Marshalls, Ross, Hobby Lobby, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, and Old Navy, as well as some small shop spaces.
Katz & Associates says now is the time for interested retailers to seize the opportunity on the three inline spaces remaining: 4,500 SF (formerly Bulk Nation), 3,500 SF, and 1,400 SF (former Sports Clips that just came available), plus one outparcel (+/- .69 acres) available for ground lease.
