Featuring 270 villas with immersive themed rooms, a collection of 256 apartments, a water park, and elevated resort experiences, Villatel Orlando Resort announced that its grand opening near the Universal theme parks will take place on March 3rd, 2025.
Set upon an 80-acre property, the resort will debut its 256 Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy and resort experiences. The apartments will offer two- to three-bedroom layouts with full kitchens, private balconies, and bed counts for up to eight guests.
Located on International Drive, just minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, the Orange County Convention Center, Dezerland Park Orlando, and other iconic attractions, Villatel Orlando Resort serves as a gateway to the best of ‘The City Beautiful.’
The new Central Florida destination is set up to be a retreat for guests and groups of all sizes and ages, and is a unique entrant to Orlando’s hospitality market. Designed to reflect the grand, spirited, and magical essence of Orlando itself, highlights of the sprawling resort include:
- The Villas: The 270 villas at Villatel Orlando Resort are more than just places to stay—they’re destinations unto themselves. - Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy: In early 2025, Villatel Orlando Resort will also welcome guests to the nation’s first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Resort. These 256 thoughtfully designed accommodations feature two to three bedrooms, spacious layouts, full kitchens, and private balconies with picturesque resort views. Many units include arcade games and immersive themed bedrooms, as well.
- Resort Water Park & Experiences: At the heart of Villatel Orlando Resort, guests will discover a 200,000-square-foot wonderland of resort amenities.
