Students attending the University of Central Florida (UCF) will have access to more off-campus accommodation, once a new housing project is completed next year.
On Friday, Winter Park Construction, one of Orlando’s leading locally owned construction companies, broke ground on a 416-unit project expected to be completed in August 2012.
University House Central Florida, the off-campus housing project, is located on 10 acres at 3100 N. Alafaya Trail and offers easy access to university and city shuttle systems at UCF.
The one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments range in size from 500 to 1,600 square feet. All units will be fully furnished.
