A Cocoa man is in jail, accused of sexually battering a toddler at SeaWorld, Orange County Sheriff’s Sex Crimes detectives confirmed.
Michael B. Grzybowicz, 26, was arrested and charged with sexual battery of a child under twelve years of age. Grzybowicz has also been charged with lewd/lascivious molestation of the child.
After an extensive investigation that spanned several days, initiated by a complaint that Grzybowicz had pictures of the child on his cell phone, investigators were able to make the arrest from parental and witness interviews. Grzybowicz told detectives that he did not know how the pictures of the child got on his cell phone.
Grzybowicz is currently being held in the Brevard County Jail and is expected to be transferred to the Orange County Jail.
Once convicted of such a heinous crime and guilt is proven beyond a shadow of doubt the sentence of capital punishment to rid the world of such lowest form of life
our tax dollars could be used to rehabilitate those deserving of a second chance.
