While Florida is a hub of traditional pageantry, this event is a competition highlighting the achievements and successes of professional women leaders who are innovators and influencers in their respective fields of career and business. For more than a decade, the MCA Organization has served as a platform for women to showcase their achievements and community service initiatives.

The MCA Organization provides a launchpad for women to promote themselves, enhance self-confidence, strengthen leadership skills, accomplish personal and professional goals and establish friendships with other like-minded women. Not only does the organization represent the professionalism of women across America, it represents a woman’s strength, courage, confidence, dedication and commitment to family, career and community. The event aims to be a celebration of women who are poised for success.

Organizers also say that once a woman enters and participates in the well-coordinated MCA Competition, her life is enhanced for the greater good. “The level of bonding and respect that is cultivated with each competitor is amazing. It’s not cliché at all to note that every woman that participates in the competition is beautiful inside and out. This is one competition that stands out in several industries for those unique differences and similarities to other competitions,” a representative said.

The MCA Competition does not just mix business with beauty; it also provides an environment for social activism to address the lack of diversity and gender equality for women within the business and Corporate America sector. In addition, competitors select a personal platform geared toward promoting social change and awareness on a variety of issues.

MCA’s partnered charity of choice is “Dress for Success Greater Orlando,” a non-profit organization that helps disadvantaged women prepare for job interviews, so they may become self-sufficient, confident, and productive members of society. Through this successful partnership, MCA has continued to pay it forward in being an organization that empowers women. The MCA Organization is also social service conscious through hosting workshops, community events and charitable drives.

The Ms./Mrs. Corporate America Competition will take place during a three day weekend: June 23rd-25th at the Universal Orlando resort. The live competition, open to the public, will take place Saturday, June 25th at 7:30pm.

In addition to the competitors vying for two national titles, the reigning Ms. Corporate America 2019-2021, Catherine Clark and Mrs. Corporate America 2019-2021, Candi Bryan will be front and center to crown their successors. The newly crowned Ms. Mompreneur 2021, Kiara J. Mason will also be in attendance.

Event seats are available in coach and first class. Purchase tickets online or call 855-MCA-CROWN for more information (self parking $7 / valet $23).
