RLF Announces New Hires

RLF, a leading Winter Park-based architecture, engineering and interior design firm, has announced the addition of three new employees to its team of talented professionals.

Sam Sampoux, AIA, joins RLF as a licensed Architect with five years of professional experience completing projects in the commercial, residential and entertainment markets. Sampoux is passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and has played an important role transitioning and training project teams from AutoCad to Revit. Sampoux earned a Masters in Architecture from the University of South Florida and an Associate in Arts degree from Seminole Community College.

John Stellpflug, PE, joins RLF as a Mechanical Engineer. Stellpflug has over 10 years’ experience providing innovative energy-efficient and cost-effective designs for HVAC and plumbing systems supporting LEED building certification and owner’s long-term goals. Stellpflug brings added expertise providing energy audits and developing energy conservation measures for all project types. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Walla Wall College in Washington State, and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Daniel Chapman joins RLF’s engineering group as a Mechanical Designer. A recent graduate of the University of Central Florida’s mechanical engineering program, Chapman’s specialization is energy systems. In 2010, Chapman led his senior design team in procuring a provisional patent for an original design. Chapman also has a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
