The successful sale of the recently renovated 55-room Quality Inn Lake City, Florida was recently announced by DSH Hotel Advisors, a national hotel brokerage and advisory firm specializing exclusively in hotel investment sales.
The transaction, completed for an undisclosed price, was facilitated by Dennis S. Hopper, CCIM, Managing Principal, Randy B. Taylor, Senior Vice President of Investments, and Dylan N. Amin, Vice President of Investments. DSH Hotel Advisors represented the seller, Aksar Motel, LLC, and the buyer, Maheshwara, LLC.
DSH Hotel Advisors secured over 200+ signed CAs and 11 competitive offers from qualified buyers and investors across the country.
