Pine Hills NID Advisory Council Meeting

The next Pine Hills NID meeting will be Tuesday, November 5^th at 9:00am. The meeting will be held at Soiree Event and Conference Center. At this meeting there will be a presentation about the Business Assistance for Neighborhood Corridors (BANC) Program. This program provides assistance to businesses located on Pine Hills Road between Colonial Drive and Silver Star Road for eligible regulatory, construction, permitting, and façade improvement costs.  The façade improvement grant provides funding to upgrade and improve the exterior of your business.  Attend this meeting to hear more about the BANC Program, the new design guidelines, and get an application. Your business must be located on Pine Hills Road between Colonial Drive and Silver Star Road to apply for the program.

Pine Hills Business Association Event

The Pine Hills NID will be hosting their inaugural business association event on Tuesday, October 15^th at 5:30pm at Soiree Event and Conference Center. The topic for the event will be “Accessing Resources: How to make your business grow”.

God’s Little Lamb Learning Center Community Event

The God’s Little Lamb Learning Center will be having a community event on Saturday, November 2^nd from 10am to 2pm.
