A woman who stabbed her fiance to death following a domestic dispute early on Monday morning, was arrested by Orlando Police detectives today.
Police investigators were called to 4165 Minoso Street, Orlando, around 2:51 am on Monday in reference to a stabbing. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Christobal Escontrias, 31, deceased from a stab wound.
Police said that Escontrias and his live-in fiancee, Keira Freeman, 31, were in an argument when the stabbing occurred. Investigators issued a warrant for Freeman’s arrest. She was charged with 2nd degree murder and transported to the Orange County Jail.
Investigators are unclear what sparked the argument between Escontrias and Freeman.
