OCSO DUI Checkpoint Operation Successful

This past weekend members of the Community Traffic Safety Team conducted a multi-agency DUI Checkpoint and Roving Patrol operation in Orange County Florida. This operation was conducted as part of a national impaired driving enforcement effort under the title of “Drunk Driving, Over the Limit, Under Arrest”.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office was the coordinating agency for this multi-agency operation working in conjunction with the Orange County Community Traffic Safety Team. The primary goal of this operation was the detection and apprehension of impaired drivers.  This was done in an effort to remind motorist of the importance of safe driving.
