Consistently outperforming each of its previous year’s sales totals, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved 5,647 transaction sides in 2020, a 34% increase in year-over-year closings. Gross residential real estate sales for 2020 increased by more than $400 million over the previous year. On average, Mark Spain Real Estate closed more than 21 homes per business day in 2020.

It improved 57 spots over the previous year and earned No. 139 on the Real Trends 500 list. Mark Spain Real Estate also had the landmark distinction of becoming a top 50 independent brokerage in the country for its sales production.

The average team on this top-performing 1,000 list, when calculated on a median basis, closed 253 transactions in 2020 compared to the production of Mark Spain Real Estate who sold nearly 5,600 homes.
