Officers Jeffrey Kocab and David Curtis, both 31-years-old, had pulled over Morris near the corner of 50th Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard around 2:00 am, according to wusf.usf.  Morris is believed to have shot both officers at close range on the spot.  The officers were pronounced dead at the hospital.

Brantley, 22 years, was found earlier this afternoon and brought in for questioning.

According to wusf.usf, Morris had previously jailed for two years, having been charged with cocaine possession and sales.

A reward of $75,000 is being offered for the capture of Morris, reports CNN.
