RLF, a nationally recognized architecture, engineering and interior design firm located in Orlando, Florida, recently appointed Ward DuPree, AIA, LEED AP, to Senior Vice President. DuPree was recognized by the board for his years of service and essential role in leading the firm’s architectural practice.
“Ward has tremendous leadership skills. His ability to see the big picture and communicate effectively with large project teams is what makes him such a valuable project leader,” says Ron Lowry, chairman of the firm’s board of directors.
DuPree recently served as the senior project manager of a $334 million replacement hospital at Ft. Riley, Kansas, which is currently under construction. The project, designed by the joint-venture team of RLF/LEO A DALY, has received national recognition from the AIA Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community (TAP) for its exemplary use of integrated and interoperable building information modeling.
DuPree has served as a senior project manager with RLF for 24 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional.
