A Central Florida man died from a gunshot wound.
A death investigation is underway in Lithia, near Tampa. On May 10th at 9:41pm, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the report of a shooting in the 5500 block of Kinglethill Drive.
When deputies arrived, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, detectives believe this is an isolated incident and do not believe there is a threat to the community.
This is an ongoing investigation, according to local law enforcement.
