Learn Sativa University, the Cannabis College located in Apopka, Florida, announced their campus and learning facility are officially open to students and the public. It is a brand new 5-Acre college along with a hands-on Cannabis Training Facility. Located right near Orlando, they claim to be the largest hands-on and online horticulture training facility.
On a mission to make cannabis education more accessible to people everywhere, Learn Sativa University proclaims, “We help people get started in the $52.5 billion cannabis industry.”
“The cannabis industry is exploding in value and impact worldwide, which is why we believe it’s important to provide interested students and entrepreneurs with the safe education they need to be successful in the industry,” said Patrick O’Brien, Founder, and Owner of Learn Sativa University. “We help students grow the right way.”
Learn Sativa University will provide cannabis training and certifications to all students, with Cannabis Certifications available in as little as 4-weeks. The college also includes cannabis business development, providing everyone with step-by-step blueprints for any cannabis-related business they may be interested in starting. The training includes a full 14-page business plan.
Learn Sativa University also dedicated 30,000-square-feet of greenhouse space to the local community, where food will be cultivated using organic soil. Any and all food harvested will be given to community members at no cost.
“As we like to say: it’s not what you know, it’s who you know – however true power occurs when the two combine, Knowledge & Networking under the same roof,” said O’Brien. “We are passionate about the cannabis industry and want to make it accessible to as many people as possible. Spread the word on the opening of our facility today.”
Free farm tours are available during hours of operation at the campus. Both the campus and farm are open 12PM-4PM Sunday-Thursday, 5-days per week. Learn more by visiting Learn Sativa University online.
