The votes are in and the top ten movers and shakers in Central Florida have been named.  Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer tops the list, among which are business executives, members of congress, mayors and a single black philanthropist.
Orlando Sentinel: They control the region’s largest work forces. They help determine how much you pay in taxes. And they can affect everything from education to entertainment for residents.
If you like what’s happening in Central Florida, these people deserve much of the credit. If you don’t, they share in the blame.
