Bath & Body Works at the Orlando Fashion Square Mall will close later this month, as plans for redevelopment of the 1.1 million-square-f00t mall move into high gear.
UP Development, Inc., which purchased the mall in February in a $35 million cash deal, is discussing a new 125-room Starwood hotel, to be located in that part of the mall currently occupied by Bath & Body Works, the Orlando Business Journal reports.
Bath & Body Works’ last day of business is May 25, the Journal also reported.
