A man who obtains sexual gratification from women’s feet was arrested and charged with multiple counts on Wednesday, Polk County deputies said.
23-year-old Reginald Cruz, of Dundee was taken into custody and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct on persons less than 18 years old, obtaining property by fraud, two counts of battery and one count of attempted battery.
Investigators say, Cruz victimized women living in the eastern portion of Polk County under false pretenses to gain access to their feet for his sexual gratification, and they fear there may be other victims.
Cruz approached a 10-year-old girl as recently as January 2013, asking to touch her toes, investigators said.
Cruz is a Hispanic male with dark completion; he is approximately 5′ 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He drives a 1993, two-door, teal colored Honda Accord with a gray or white colored front bumper.
