Which are the 15 Worst Companies for Customer Service?

The usual suspects are on the list. Four airlines – Delta, U.S. Airways, American Airlines and United Airlines – make the cut, with the latter at the bottom of the reap as airlines go.

These carriers rate poorly in customer service as many object to increasing fees, rising ticket prices and poor service, according to Business Insider.

Then there are other regulars on the list, like those companies which provide television and cable service. Comcast, which is losing hundreds of thousands of tv subscribers, is rated worse than Time Warner Cable which is also losing residential subscribers, and Cox Communications. But Charter Communications rates exceptionally poorly and is the worst of the lot.

Social media companies like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, which is the lowest rated social network, also make the list of worst companies for customer service.
