A man was shot and killed in an apartment on Saturday night on Orange County’s west side, deputies say.
27-year-old Terrance D. Cook, was found suffering from life threatening gunshot wounds when investigators arrived at his apartment at 2674 Silver Hills Drive.
According to deputies, Cook was able to walk to the door of the apartment around 11:00 p.m, then collapsed. He was taken to Orlando Health, formerly Health Central Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, around 11:30 p.m.
Investigators say, the suspect(s) possibly fled the location in a vehicle.
Deputies have not offered a motive for Cook’s murder, only saying that the investigation is an active one.
