RealtyTrac, the leading online marketplace of foreclosure properties, just came out with the numbers for 2010.
And the numbers are shocking.
For example, in Orlando, 1 in 15 homes is in foreclosure; in Tampa, 1 in 20; in Lakeland, 1 in 21 homes; in Naples, 1 in 18; and in Miami, 1 in 14 homes is in foreclosure etc. etc.
