Virgin America features three classes of service, Main Cabin, Main Cabin Select and First Class. The airline offers mood-lit cabins, power outlets near every seat and the Red™ platform — the most advanced in-flight entertainment system in the skies. The Red touch-screen platform offers 30 films, live and premium TV, Google Maps, music videos, videogames, seat-to-seat chat, a 3000 MP3 library, an on-demand food menu and a first-of-its-kind digital Shop section— so guests can take care of last minute shopping from their seatback any time during a flight. Main Cabin Select ‘Instant Upgrade’ fares are non-transferable and only refundable for a credit file.
