Orlando Magic players Tobias Harris and Victor Oladipo joined youth and adults from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida on May 28 to officially open Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, the newest attraction at Magic Kingdom Park.

As the crowning jewel of New Fantasyland, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a spectacular addition to New Fantasyland and represents the completion of the largest expansion in the history of Magic Kingdom Park.

Inspired by the classic Disney animated film classic “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” the family-friendly roller coaster features a first-of-its kind ride system in which cars pivot back and forth during the twists, turns and drops of the ride.

Disney welcomed representatives from the local chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters as part of the company’s commitment to supporting nonprofit organizations that are making a positive impact on local children.

Disney Parks joined the Magic and Amway Center as a Champions of the Community (COTC) partner in 2010. As part of their partnership, the two work together on outreach initiatives that benefit the local community.
