A woman was recently indicted for murder for drowning her daughter in Central Florida and attacking another person with a hammer.
An Osceola County grand jury formally indicted 35-year-old Kelsey Glover for First Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for the murder of her daughter and a hammer attack on a woman.
On November 20th, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a woman saying Glover attacked her with a hammer and drowned her daughter.
Deputies arrived at the home in Kissimmee and found the girl unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The investigation revealed Glover drowned her daughter in the bathtub and there was further evidence she attacked the female witness with a hammer.
This month, State Attorney Andrew Bain’s office presented sufficient evidence to a grand jury to secure an indictment against Glover for First Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
