A woman banned from an apartment downtown Portland, Oregan, still found a way into it — her boyfriend carried her in a pink rolling suitcase, police said.
50-year-old Kola J. McGrath was smuggled into the apartment of her boyfriend, Curtis, T. Lowe, 52, for the past 14 months, authorities said, oregonlive.com reported.
McGrath had been banned from the place after she broke a fire extinguisher with her purse, during an argument the couple had.  But not to be deterred, Lowe lugged around a pink rolling suitcase in and out of the apartment.
Neighbors then became suspicious and a caller told police Monday, a man kidnapped a woman, put her in a pink suitcase and took it into his apartment, the paper reported.
Lowe, initially denied knowing anything about a woman in a suitcase. But police searched the apartment and found McGarth in a closet and a pink suitcase in the living area.
