Will Alex Sink Step Up to the Plate?

The Negro choice in Florida 2010 Gubernatorial race is Democrat Alex Sink. I didn’t say Black choice because most Blacks in Florida aren’t thinking about politics, they are thinking about jobs, health care and saving their homes.

Speaking of homes, if Sink truly wanted to win, all she would have to do is do her job as Florida’s Chief Financial Officer and join Florida’s homeowners and other elected officials in calling for a halt in all foreclosure proceedings by beast bankers, predatory lenders and financial criminals.

Thousands and thousands of people would help, Sink, contribute to the Sink campaign and vote to elect Alex Sink as the next Governor of Florida

But Alex Sink is in no rush to change Florida’s status as a safe haven for  America’s foreclosure mill law firms, greedy and irresponsible mortgage lenders and lying notaries, title insurers and false and fraudulent so-called note holders.

Why is that? Well, if Alex Sink pulled out a government whip and conducted mass investigations of citizen complaints about financial company misconduct, Alex Sink might be spanking herself!

Alex Sink helping Floridians save their homes and fighting off bank-based predators is akin to wolves saving the sheep in the unprotected pasture. It won’t happen.

The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today and other major news operations have written story after story about how beast bankers like Alex Sink’s friends at Bank of America are conspiring with lawyers, judges, servicers, insurers, appraisers and others to rush through illegal foreclosure law suits to take away the homes of the poor and oppressed to pad the portfolios of financial robbers!

When mortgages are securitized, chopped up, sold and re-sold, nobody knows who their mortgage note holder is. Especially when financial criminals can freely violate Florida Law by failing to notice homeowners regarding any transfers or assignments affecting their homes and property.

Sink has allowed anybody with a bank name to illegally pose as note holders to file foreclosure suits. Trustees are not note holders, they are custodians. Loan servicers are not note holders, they are debt collectors.

As Chief Financial Officer in Florida Alex Sink should step up to the plate and knock the financial criminals out of the park! This practice of taking people’s homes with false attestations, forged and dubious documents, perjured testimonies and blatant violations of Florida Law should be halted by Alex Sink forthwith or immediately!

I don’t care who you are or where you live in Florida there is someone you know, in your neighborhood, in your church, at your school or on your job that is being victimized by illegal law suits filed by foreclosure mills, beast bankers and other financial criminals.

Alex Sink needs us and we need Alex Sink. It’s not too late to jump on the “Stop Illegal Foreclosures” bandwagon. Attorney General Bill McCollum jumped on it and investigated foreclosure mill law firms in Florida and some Florida Sherriffs have vowed to arrest any and all financial law breakers.

If Alex Sink wants to distance herself from her opponent all she has to do is what she swore to do when elected Chief Financial Officer for the State of Florida.

All she has to do is investigate mortgage crimes and other financial crimes in the Sunshine State.

I would love to vote for Alex Sink. Her opponent is no friend of mine and to me he seems to be much like a closet klansman that loves to disparage the President of the United States, Barack Obama.

But Alex Sink has to do what Florida taxpayers pay her to do in her current capacity. Sink has to stand up, speak out and put a stop to illegal foreclosures and other financial crimes.

If Sink can’t or won’t fight for me and other Floridians, I can’t vote for her.
