Bobby Brown is trying to play nice in an effort to get his hands on Whitney Houston’s fortune, the late pop star’s mom and other family members believe, according to reports.
According to the New York Post:
Brown is attempting to get close to his daughter Bobbi Kristina, who is sole heir to his ex-wife’s estimated $20 million fortune, in a bid to get his hands on the cash, family sources told TMZ.
Her mother Cissy Houston is trying to stop Brown from getting close to the 18 year old because she fears the rapper is broke and just wants to line his own pockets, according to a sources.
Brown has already been told by family members he is not welcome at Whitney’s funeral service on Saturday, according to TMZ, nypost.com reports.
