The insiders crew at the University of Central Florida got a slap in the head Tuesday when Gov. Rick Scott signed off on the new $70 billion budget, but nixed funding of $1 million for that university’s Small Business Incubator project.
Scott who signed the overall budget on Tuesday at a school near Jacksonville issued a total of $142.7 million in vetoes.
The new fiscal year begins on July 1.
