Police are investigating a shooting incident which left one man in critical condition and another with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators responded around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday to the 5800 block of Lake Underhill Road on Orlando’s east side, after receiving a report of shots being fired. The initial 911 caller also reported that there was blood at the scene and two black males were seen jumping into a car and leaving the area.
Shortly after, officers received reports that two black males had driven themselves to Florida Hospital East in a vehicle riddled with bullets.
Investigators said, both men had gunshot wounds. One of the men is being treated at the hospital and he is listed in critical condition. The second man was airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The identities of the men have not been released and the circumstances surrounding the shootings are unclear.
Police would only say that the investigation is active and ongoing and there is no suspect information at this time.
