Two men were recently arrested for illegal alcohol sales in Kissimmee.
A recent Kissimmee Police Department operation resulted in the two arrests and the seizure of dozens of bottles of alcohol after investigators confirmed illegal alcohol sales at Pa’ Pikar Lounge, located at 127 Broadway in Kissimmee.
Over the past three months, Kissimmee Police Tactical Police Unit (TAC) investigated multiple tips and complaints regarding unlawful alcohol sales at the establishment.
Investigators confirmed violations of Florida law and, with assistance from the Emergency Response Team (ERT), Patrol, Forensics, CID, and the Osceola Narcotics Investigative Bureau, executed a lawful search warrant.
According to local law enforcement, as a result of the operation, the business owner, Edsel Abad Rodriguez La Versa, and an employee, Joshua David Lopez Pena, were taken into custody on felony charges related to unlawful alcohol sales.
