Two Arrested at Drug Den in Kissimmee

Two persons have been arrested after police executed a search warrant on a habitual drug haven in Kissimmee.

Jerry King, 60, and Candyce L. McGurren, 29, were taken into custody on Wednesday, Kissimmee police said.

Both King and McGurren were charged with the sale and delivery of cocaine with 1,000 feet of a school.  King faces and additional charge of dealing in stolen property.

Police confiscated a tube containing 2.1 grams of crack cocaine and several glass pipes and a stolen laptop at the location – 1310 North Robinson Avenue.

King and McGurren were transported to the Osceola County Jail, without incident.  King is being held on a $39,000 bond and McGurren on $10,000 bond.

Police say, yesterday’s raid was the fifth time that a search warrant has been executed on the property.

The investigation is ongoing.
