Trilogy by Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities’ Club groundbreaking and informal dusty shoe tours are being held on Saturday, March 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The leading developer of high-end resort communities will be showcasing development of its 38,000 square-foot Club, one of the largest on a square-foot-per-resident basis found at any active adult community in Florida, as well as its new models and designer homes.
Attendees will be escorted from the Club via trolley that will stop by the tour center and designer homes. Attendees that get their Trilogy “passport card” stamped at all three locations (Club, tour center and designer homes), will be entered to win a 46” LCD TV.
Tours are also open on Friday, March 11 at 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. for brokers, real estate representatives. A $50 Outback gift certificate will be raffled to realtors.
