There is already a mountain of evidence against Casey Anthony in the murder of her two-year old daughter, Caylee.
Discovery released last week confirmed that there was human decomposition in Anthony’s car, there were Google searches found on her computer for chloroform and pictures of the Tot Mom participating in a nightclub’s “Hot Body” contest.
The latest piece of evidence to incriminate Tot Mom however, could be a tattoo that Anthony chose to have put on her arm during the month that she was ostensibly looking for her daughter, Caylee.
Written in Italian, the English translation of the tattoo is “the beautiful life”. Several months ago, the tattoo was submitted as evidence. Now, prosecutors have been granted permission by a judge to photograph the actual tattoo on Tot Mom’s shoulder.
One of the employees of Cast Iron Tattoos in Orlando where Tot Mom went to get the tattoo, said he was shocked. “The fact that Casey acted like any normal customer that day [she got the tattoo],” said Brian Williams, “only goes to show you never know who has some kind of skeletons in their closet.”
It is not clear yet what spin Tot Mom’s attorneys will put on the reason for the tattoo, but perhaps this could be the most damning piece of evidence against Anthony.
Casey Anthony is charged with first degree murder in the death of her daughter. If convicted she could face the death penalty.
Anthony has maintained her innocence, saying that the 2-year-old tot was kidnapped by a baby sitter, Zeneida Gonzales. However, thus far, there is no evidence to substantiate this.
