Taylor Morrison, the nation’s largest privately owned homebuilder, recently began selling single-family home sites at Reserve at Carriage Pointe, a new gated community in Winter Garden, located at 2006 Sandy Garden Lane Winter Garden, FL 34787.
Reserve at Carriage Pointe will include nearly 90 home sites, with floor plans ranging from 1,900 to 4,300 square feet and prices from the mid $200s to $300s. The community boasts convenient access to a number of major roadways, like the Florida Turnpike, SR 429 and SR 408, and will also feature amenities such as a playground and gazebo.
