Two suspects have been arrested and charged with a deadly shooting on North Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.
On March 16th at approximately 1:33am, Orlando Police officers responded to 5200 North Orange Blossom Trail in reference to a gunshot victim.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle containing a female and a male, with the male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim, 26-year-old Jared A. Kinloch, was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
During an interview with detectives, the female passenger stated that the incident occurred during a drug transaction.
Rayshawn L. Harris was apprehended by the Orlando Police Department Fugitive Unit. Harris has been charged with First Degree Murder with a Firearm and Attempted Robbery with a Firearm. No other suspects are outstanding.
Damian B. Burden was apprehended by the Orlando Police Department TAC Unit. Burden was charged with First Degree Murder with a Firearm and Attempted Robbery with a Firearm in connection with the shooting. Burden is also facing several additional charges stemming from his arrest. Those include Grand Theft Auto, Armed Trespass in Conveyance, Poss. of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Poss. of a Firearm by a Minor, Resisting without Violence, and No Valid Driver License.
