Following his shooting rampage, Downtown Orlando earlier today, Jason Rodriguez, 40, is now in police custody. The shooting left one person dead and 5 others injured.
Rodriguez was caught at the Hollow Brook Apartments earlier this afternoon at his mother’s apartment complex. Police saw Rodriguez through the window of his mother’s house and police say he surrendered.

The shooting took place at the Gateway Center at 1,000 Legion Place in which Reynolds, Smith and Hills is housed and at which Rodriguez was a former employee.
Orlando Police Department deputies are continuing their investigation.
