Nearly 40 student clubs and student-lead organizations were in attendance at the Evans High School annual Club Rush. The event, which is held during both lunch shifts, gives students an opportunity to get involved at Evans High School and the Pine Hills community at large.
“We certainly try to provide a wide array of clubs and organizations for all students,” said Dr. David Christiansen, Principal of Evans High School. “Participation in these groups assists in creating well-rounded, college-bound students.”
Students signed up for various clubs and organizations including, Cosmetology, BETA, Spanish, Young Historians, and Future Educators of America and Best Buddies (FEABB) of Evans High School.
Orientation meetings for new club members will be held in the coming weeks.
