The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city monthly Home Price Index released today, revealed 11 of the cities, including Tampa and Miami, at new lows in December 2010, since their 2006/2007 peaks.
The other cities are: Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas, New York, Phoenix, Portland (OR), and Seattle.
In the coming year, Case-Shiller expects more cities to decline, sinking the national index to a brand new low.
