Seath Jackson’s Killers Sitting on Suicide Watch

The accused trigger man behind the brutal killing of a 15-year-old boy in Marion County, made his first appearance before a judge on Thursday.

Michael S. Brago, accused trigger man in the brutal killing of Seath Jackson

18-year-old Michael S. Brago and Justin Soto, 20, another of the suspects in the brutal killing of Seath Tyler Jackson, 15, have been placed in solitary confinement at the Marion County Jail.  A judge ordered Brago not to be in contact with any of the other five suspects.

Investigators believe that Brago was the “master mind” behind the attack on Jackson, after he allegedly hit one of the female teen suspects, whom Jackson was dating at the time, cfnews 13 reports.

Jackson was lured to a house on 13896 S.E. 53rd Street in Summerfield where he was hit on the head with a blunt object.  When Jackson attempted to leave the house, he was tackled by another of the suspects, 20-year-old Justin Soto, investigators said.

Based on one of the suspect’s statements, investigators believe Jackson was shot by Bargo.

In addition to Bargo and Soto, deputies have also charged 16-year-old Kyle Hooper, 15-year-old Amber E. Wright and 18-year-old Charlie K. Ely with Jackson’s murder.  Investigators said, they were all part of the plot to kill Jackson.

After Jackson was murdered, the suspects placed his body into a sleeping bag and burned his remains in a fire pit. Jackson’s remains were then shoveled into several 5-gallon paint containers.

Detectives said, 37-year-old James Young Havens III, the sixth suspect, knew of the plot to kill Jackson and is accused of helping the other five suspects dispose of Jackson’s body.

Havens was released on Wednesday from jail on $10,000 bail.  He seemed not to understand the severity of the crime, saying he thought the whole thing was a joke.

“I feel bad,”  Havens said. “There’s nothing I can do about it. There’s nothing I can take it back. It is done. I’m sorry. I apologize to everybody, I’m sorry. That obviously doesn’t bring a 15-year-old back,” reports cfnews.13,

On Thursday, detectives continued to search the house and surrounding area where Jackson was murdered looking for additional clues and evidence.

Brago, Soto, Hooper, Wright and Ely have all been charged with first degree murder.  Havens has been charged with accessory to murder after the fact.
