The trial of a teen who said Miramar Police Captain Juan de los Rios, forced her to strip naked in front of him to prove that she wasn’t having sex in a parked car with a 19-year-old male friend in January 2012, got underway Tuesday.
NBC Miami reports: The teen took the stand during opening arguments in the trial of Miramar Police Capt. Juan de los Rios, 46, who faces two counts of lewd or lascivious conduct. “He asked me to pull down my pants, and my underwear, and to turn and face him towards the window, and I said, ‘Why?'” He didn’t believe that we weren’t having sex,” the now 16-year-old girl said, fighting back tears.
