Florida is already a pro business state, with Orlando the cheapest location, given its relatively low labor costs, tax burden and construction costs, a just-released report from Bizcosts.com states.
This finding runs counter to Gov. Rick Scott’s claims that, Florida needs to be more pro-business in order to attract jobs for the more than 1.1 million unemployed Floridians.
