A man was arrested Wednesday and charged with 10 counts of lewd exhibition, Orange County deputies said.
Jack Lynn Dublin, 43, exposed himself and masturbated in front of 5 juveniles at the Big Oaks Mobile Home Park near Old Cheney Highway, deputies also said.
The juveniles, ranging in ages from 6 years through 14, told an adult who called the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Dublin is a registered sex offender for crimes committed against a child in 1993. He is under the supervision of the Orange County Probation Office.
