Property Appraiser Rick Singh Hosts Inaugural ‘State of I-Drive’ Event

Orange County Property Appraiser Rick Singh will convene the first-ever ‘State of I-Drive’ discussion, along with development and tourism industry leaders, on Wednesday, March 11, at the Wyndham Orlando Resort, in Orlando.

The presentation will focus on the current economic status of Orange County’s tourism corridor, and the future development of the area that businesses and residents can expect in the coming years.

The event will cover several topics, from zoning and development, to entertainment news, and local economic changes. It will feature a true “Who’s Who” of local business owners, elected officials, and national organizations.

Mr. Singh will be joined by Chuck Whittall – President of Unicorp, Alejandro Pezzini – COO of AMP Group, Joshua Wallack – COO of Mango’s, SKYPLEX, Susan Godrov – VP of Marketing, GM at Pointe Orlando, and Rich Larkin – GM of Wyndham Orlando Resort.

The discussion and presentations will be moderated by WFTV Channel 9’s Shannon Butler.
